There are several tips how to achieve cold drinks that are really refreshing. First of all, they should be cooled down in the fridge. If your fridge filled too much with other products, for example before the party, you can put the drinks to the baskets filled with ice cubes. Bottles with corks should be covered with adhesive tape, the drinks won’t oxidize.
Fruit drinks
You can peel the oranges and lemons and add a little bit of sugar, cover it with boiling water. When it cools down you should filter the mixture and add to fruit drinks, you can add cold water to make it more refreshing.
Instant drinks
If you’re preparing ready-made instant drinks you should dissolve sugar first in hot water and then add it to the prepared drink.
Decorating glasses
If you want to decorate glasses for the children’s party you should dip their edges in the egg whites and then in white or colored sugar.
Ice tea
To prevent from forming foam on the ice tea you should pour water to the jar first and add tea afterwards.
Fruit squeezing
Roll the fruit on the hard surface if you want to squeeze the maximum from them. Remember to keep the juice in closed cartons or bottles because vitamin C oxidizes.
Decorative ice cubes
You can freeze the lemon, orange or cucumber peel in ice cubes and add them to the drinks.
Ice cubes
If you serve chilled punch you can freeze its parts so as to achieve ice cubes of the same taste. They won’t dissolve the drink and therefore its taste will stay the same.
