Fitness March 31st, 2008Spring is coming and you won’t find an excuse not to move your body, it’s high time you started spring fitness to lose several kilos. With so many spring exercises to choose from there is no better thing than a portion of spring exercising.
RUNNING

It strenghtens your heart, improves your lungs function and blood circulation, helps to forget about stress and reduce weight. The only things you need are appropriate training shoes and clothes.
BICYCLE

It makes tighs and calves slimmer, relieves the spine, improves your respiratory system and prevents intravascular clots.
NORDIC WALKING
Cost: pole cost, Kcal/hour: 400
It is a perfect form of exercising for people of all ages, it is a walk with special pole which strengthens heart and circulatory system, improves muscle condition. There are no contraindications whatsoever.
AQUA AEROBIC
It is a form of exercising in water which relieves the pressure from joints and spine, is effective and safe. During this type of exercising you don’t feel any pain even though the muscles work very hard. Aqua aerobic strengthens muscles of hip, buttocks, back and chest, it slimmers the body, reduces fat and helps to fight cellulite.

This is exercise that concentrates on burning fat, they may be intense or of mild intensity.
