Decorating with flowers

So if you are interested in decorating with flowers your homes and interiors take a look at some suggestions about how to decorate your house with fresh flowers and how to take advantage of flowery bouquets for a long time.
If you take some steps you will be able to prolong life of fresh flowers in vases with some tips:
1. PLANT STEMS
First of all, cut each stem with clippers at a certain angle and split the end of the stem into two parts so as the flower could absorb water more freely.
2. STEMS AND LEAVES
Remove all leaves below the water surface, if you don’t cut leaves off they will roten and contaminate water which will go brown and make your flowers droop.
3. ASPIRIN AND FLOWERS
Add two tablets of aspirin to the vase with water, that will make flowers fresh and vivid longer. If you want to get water clear and not muddy there is a possibility to add to it one tablespoon of bleach.

ROSES
All destroyed leaves and rose petals should be removed and thorns cut off. Plant stems need to be divided into halves or crushed. Unfortunately roses droop quite fast but you can prolong their life by cruching stems almost to the top.
TULIPS
To prevent tulip stems from bending you should wrap it tightly with wet newspaper and put them to water of about 5cm deep for 1 hour. Then, prick every single stem just below the flower so as the air could easily get to them.
LILIES
You should cut of the stamen so they didn’t make flower petals or your clothes dirty. Cut the stems at angles and put them into the deep water.
