3. Or the cheapest method - strawberries combined with baking soda manage to whiten stains from coffee, red wine, smoking or dark drinks.

I always wanted to achieve a perftect hairstyle but I thought homemade hairstyles look ugly and are impossible to make. My opinion has changed quite recently when I found several tips how to get home made hairstyle.

If you want to have beatiful hair just like Jennifer Lopez or Beyonce Knowles you don’t need to visit your hairdresser every day. Not everyone possesses so much time and money as Beyonce does. There are several tips how to get shiny, wavy hair.

1. After washing your hair with shampoo rub a handful of mousse into your scalp and afterwards spray the wet hair with volumizator, start from the scalp and do to the rest of your hair.

2. Use your hair dryer and a special attachment which directs hot air to the area you’re working on, don’t use a brush, your hands are enough. To maximize the hair volume, dry against the hair growth. Leave one quarter of your hair wet.

3. Take some clips and divide your hair into individual sections. Then, unclip sections of your hair and put it on the round brush, rotate it while drying with hot air. In this way they will look smooth.

4. Put a little of serum on the strands and dump them with the hairspray.

4. Cosmetics

Use oil-free, alcohol-free delicate lotions and creams. Exfoliate your face to remove dead cells and clean skin pores. There are plenty of cosmetics on the market that are supposed to combat acne. Remeber that cosmetics are only one part of acne treatment, healthy lifestyle is important as well. 5. De-stressing

Stress triggers chemical reactions of your body that may result in pimples and spots, so try to relax and calm yourself down. Read books, listen to music, take a walk or go to the gym. You’ll regain your self-esteem and fight acne with much more vigour.

Do you want to have celebrity dream feet? Half of the year your feet are packed into different various layers of socks, pantyhose and shoes. Summer is the best time for you to let them relax and to take proper care of them. No matter what kind of feet you possess, their condtition depends only on you. You can do most of the things youself although sometimes it is good to visit the pedicurist for a specialized care. Follow these steps to achieve beautiful, neat and elegant feet:

1. Negligence must be made up for!
cleaning - at first use some soap to clean your feet and a small brush to clean the toenails
soaking - then keep your feet in warm water with a special softening product (38C-40C) for about 15min or until you notice that your feet are soft and delicate.
remove, remove - remove calloused skin from your heels, toes and all the thickened areas of your soles, you can use pumice stone for that
cuticles - after such a care your cuticles should be soft enough to be easiy removed them from your nails, application of the nail polish will be better
shaping - shape your big toe nails with clippers and use a nail file to give them a desired shape. It is good to leave 2mm of a white edge of your nails as it helps to polish them nicely and protects your toes
peeling - apply scrub or peeling gently on your feet, they will soothen you skin, stimulate circulation (your skin will be nourished and soft) and reduce swelling
nourish - place a thick layer of a foot cream and put your cotton socks on for the night, sleeping with them will be benefitiary for your feet the most
washing - wash all the materials and equipment you had used with soap and water, once a month leave them in a box with a spirit - it will remove all the bacteria and fungi

 

2. Regular pedicure - you need to spend some time every day after your evening shower if you want to look barefoot better than any celebrity
scrub! scrub!- wash your toe nails carefully, remove all the dirt from below of your nails
rub - don’t forget to scrub your heels every day - you will avoid callus accumulation and another portion of work
peeling - use a special peeling for feet because it will be more powerful
cream - everyday application of a foot cream or lotion will definitely make your feet softer and more delicate

 

3. In summer bare feet are exposed to sun as often as your face so remember to apply UVA creams on them, you will avoid burnings. If you don’t like your feet to be sticky use a milky lotion that will absorb quickly. You should remeber that sweaty feet attract dirt and dust, so try to wipe them with a towelette enriched in refreshing oils from time to time.

 

4. After such pampering your feet will be beautiful, clean and attractive. All you need to do is to apply some nail polish on them: the color may match your clothes. There is one disadvantage of such a behavior: you have to change them often so think of using some neutral color e.g. pink or beige. They look nicely both on tanned and untanned feet.
