According to ayurveda each human consists of three types of energies that have influence on our psyche and body:

A person with pitta nature is very romantic, passionate and sensual. If she is in a good shape she is self-confident, if not, she tends to be bossy and have mood swings. She feels very bad in tropical climate but has warm feet even during winter. The diseases that most often affect her are: hyperacidity, dermatitis, sleeplessness, anemy. It is important that pitta person had slow, quiet lifestyle.
VATA
A woman with vata dominance is impatient, subtle and sentimental. She learns quickly and forgets quickly. She is very excitable and has irregular lifestyle. Her figure is slim and she gets cold easily, that is why she does not like cold temperatures. The diseases that affect her most often are: headaches, sore throats, high blood pressure, arrythmia, lower back pains. The best advise for her is to eat regularly and have a sleep pattern.
KAPHA

Establishing what type we are is a key factor to begin the treatment, usually diet and inappropriate breathing cause illnesses. You can follow ayurveda principles at home e.g. regular sleep pattern and balanced diet.
