How to change your style? You would like to do that but you don’t have the bloodiest idea how. Choosing your clothing style don’t have to be difficult. Discover your style, be yourself and wear your new look with pride. The hints below will help you in finding your own unique style.

Unique style

1. Choose a general direction
Decide which things that are in your surrounding you like - colors, furniture or music styles. Try to decipher what they have in common and think which fashion style you like. Decide whether it’s traditional, modern, tendy or natural, etc. Pay attention to fashion trends, watch them closely and decide what you like. You can also look at the archives of fashion shows available in the Internet.

2. Decide who you want to be
You need to decide what your style should reflect or stress. Whether you want to look more trustworthy, elegant or maybe you want to present your artistic personality.

3. Choose one item that will distinguish you from others
Decide on one thing which you feel good in and which will be associated with you. It can be anything from high heels to sunglasses or a scarf. Many famous people have one thing that distinguishes them from the others, for example Karl Lagerfeld has got snow white hair and always wears sunglasses. Philip Bloch, a famous stylist, on the other hand wears Kangol hats.

4. Look at others
Don’t hesitate imitating style of a person you know but make it unique and individual. It should suit your personality and you should feel good wearing the clothes you choose.

5. What exactly do you want to change?
Decide what you would like to change - hairstyle, wardrobe, accessories. You don’t have to change everything at once. Maybe there’s one thing that will totally change your look.

How to survive a breakup

Relationships No Comments »

Each breakdown is traumatic and disappointing, therefore you should treat it as a beginning of what you’re trying to achieve. Sad as it seems, you need to overcome the break up and a break down too. How to survive a breakup? How to survive a bad relationship breakup?

Break up

1. Let emotions take you in - and let yourself for time of moaning, groaning and crying. You can feel guilty, angry or even mad - don’t try to hide these emotions. This is the time when you should follow your thougths and desires and cry whenever you want. Don’t think about the way you look, take a sick leave from work and “indulge” in despair and tragedy of your life.

2. Watch sad movies and listen to sad music - they will make you cry and this is the point, you should cry all the possible tears out until you decide that enough is enough.

3. Pamper yourself - try new make-ups, do the manicure and pedicure, visit beatuician as often as you fancy and get several massage sessions. This will help you relax and forget about the whole tension that had built up during the previous weeks.

4. Go to the parties - if you’re ready you can show off looking great at parties, barbacues, events. At the beginning try to visit parties where your closest friends, they will understand and comfort you better.

5. Go wild - drink alcohol, eat chocolates and laugh and cry from silly or even stupid things.

6. Read and watch - read good books and watch great movies (they no longer have to be sad), which will help you understand yourself better. By a good book or movie I mean the one to which you will nod when reading.

7. Have an affair - just to have some fun but don’t break somebody’s heart, you know how hard it is.

8. Eat chocolate and snacks without feeling guilty - you had to resign from love so you shouldn’t resign from other things

9. Work out - you probably already have plenty of energy to spend on something, instead of crying at home try to go to fitness, gym or other exercise forms.

10. Tell your love story to anyone willing to listen - your friends probably have heard enough, find people at chats or online groups and tell them how you feel or felt.

11. Write blue poems or a journal - it’s a therapy itself

12. Burn all the photos and letters from him - you won’t need them after all. If you’re not ready for that, hide them so as it would be hard for you to get them anytime you want.

13. Go shopping and change your wardrobe - you deserve that, spend plenty of money on looking good and changing you style. The better you feel, the better you’ll look.

14. Spend time with your family - nobody will comfort you better than the closest family members.
